with this toy bizarre cdr, harmonie launches a sublabel, taâlem, devoted to this new media. each cdr will be presented in a little plastic box (official name is CD caddi) with a colour cover and a carcboard insert. each cdr in the series will be numbered and limited to 200 copies.
"these are raw recordings done in specific places with specific tools. this raw aspect might at first disconcert the listener; however they represent how i work these days. moreover they are for me real music and i wouldn't want to modify/twist/edit/cut these sounds. you just have to listen carefully!!!" cédric peyronnet / toy bizarre (november 1998)


this cdr was the very first release of the first short-lived incarnation of taâlem. it sold out pretty quickly thanks to the us distributor anomalous records.
